Dietitian Salam Al-Nawaisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Jordan and received her training from the Jordan Food and Drug Administration, in addition to her training at the National Food Center. During her experience, Dietitian Salam has done many researches related to nutritional problems, such as research for the therapeutic effects of vitamin D in supplementation for women with PCOS, and also participated in several courses in the field of nutrition such as the ISO2200 Food Safety Management System course and obtained a certificate approved by the Society of Agricultural Engineers In addition to a course of therapeutic oral and tube feeding in hospitals.
During her career, Dietitian Salam worked at the University of Jordan Hospital within training visits that included interviewing patients and educating them in the field of nutrition. And her training at Al-Khalidi Hospital and Medical Center included studying a specific disease for admitted patients, practicing NCP and planning therapeutic diets.
