The appointment will be marked as unattended by doctor 2 hours later and you are eligible for a refund
Yes all connections are secured.
Yes the refund icon will appear in the appointment details page. Once you click it the system will guide you in the refund process. The refund will be according to the doctor's cancellation policy. You can claim refund up to 30 days after the cancellation of the appointment.
Yes you can request several additional services like airport pickup, lodging , car, etc. you need to click the additional services button in the appointment details page to request the service.
You can add funds online using PayPal or your credit card or offline through bank transfer or western union after filling the required form. Once we receive the funds, it will be added to your account .
Not all doctors are available on the exact time, in some cases you might have to wait for sometime. However you need to come to the clinic 15 mins before the appointment time.
The doctor will ask for a follow-up appointment for you if needed. You will see the request in the appointment details page. Once you click the link the Tebcan will guide through the process
