Dr. Hamdi Alquoqa is a consultant ophthalmologist and a highly accomplished anterior segment and vitreoretinal surgeon. He holds a Doctor of Medicine (Dr. med.) degree in Ophthalmology from the University of Cologne, Germany.
With extensive experience in leading German hospitals, Dr. Alquoqa specializes in retinal surgery, cataract, oculoplastic procedures, glaucoma, and strabismus. He is a Fellow of the European Board of Ophthalmology (FEBO), the International Council of Ophthalmology (FICO), and a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MRCSEd).
He has held leadership roles including Acting Head of the Ophthalmology Department at Klinikum Region Hannover, and is currently practicing at MVZ Artemis Augenklinik in Dillenburg, Germany.
Dr. Alquoqa is licensed to practice medicine in both Germany and Jordan and has passed the full Arab Board of Ophthalmology exams.
