Dr. Azhar Al-Daoud is Consultant Pediatric Neurology , Professor of Neuroscience for Children at the Faculty of Medicine, Jordan University of Science and Technology, Vice Chairman of the National Board of Pediatric Neurology Board.
He is a member of the European and Arab Association of Pediatric Neurosurgery and a member of the National Committee for the Classification of Acute Palsy, member of the National Commission for the Examination and Classification of Neurological Diseases.
Dr. Azhar has extensive experience in the field of pediatric neurology where he worked for more than 20 years in many hospitals, such as Kuwait and Iraq. He also served as assistant professor and professor at the University of Jordan and the University of Science and Technology.
Dr. Azhar is Associate Editor - Pediatric Neurosurgery, Head of Neuroscience, Head of Department of Pediatrics Princess Rahma Educational Hospital, Head of Pediatrics, Jordan University of Science and Technology, Chairman of Scientific Committee, Head of Neurosurgery and Pediatric Neurology Unit at Princess Rahma Educational Hospital and Jordan University of Science and Technology. Dr. Azhar developed clinical and academic records on seizures and epilepsy disorders in children and developed a special booklet for children with these seizures.
Dr. Azhar offers his unique treatments and consultations related to various neurological diseases that affect children such as epilepsy, neurological syndromes, autism and many others.
Dr. Azhar is currently working in his outpatient clinic for Specialist Hospital.
