He was born in 1963 in Ankara. Secondary education at Ankara Bahçelievler Trial High School and Şişli High School. Graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine (Çapa). Sureyyapasa Chest Diseases Specialization Training. He worked in public and private hospitals, institutional and workplace physicians.
