He holds a master’s degree in ophthalmology from King Saud University in Jeddah - Saudi Arabia, a fellowship at King Saud University in ophthalmology, and the Saudi Board of Ophthalmology. He is also a trainer and examiner for fellowship doctors in ophthalmology and surgery.
