Dr. Khorshid Tawfiq is a Consultant Pediatric Pulmonologist.
Dr. Khorshid Tawfiq obtained a Bachelor degree of Medicine from King Abdulaziz University in 1988 - Jeddah, Canadian Fellowship in Pediatric Respiratory Medicine in 1999, Arab Board in Pediatrics in 1995, Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from Ireland in 1991, and Pediatric Flexible Bronchoscopy Course 1998.
Dr. Khorshid Tawfiq has extensive experience in pediatric pulmonology, having previously worked in the Arab Board Programme for four years, as Senior Registrar of Pediatric Pulmonology at King Salman Armed Forces Hospital in North West Northwest (NWAFH), Head of Pediatric Pulmonology Section, and Consultant Pediatric Pulmonology at King Fahd Armed Forces Hospital (KFAFH).
Dr. Khorshid Tawfiq participated in many scientific conferences, including the American Thoracic Society (ATS) meeting in 1998 - Chicago, American College of Asthma and Allergy meeting in 2000 - Seattle, and the North American Cystic Fibrosis Conference in 2015 - Arizona.
Dr. Khurshid Tawfik specializes in diagnosing and treating cases of pneumonia and the respiratory system, treating all cases of asthma and allergies, treating acute cough and allergic rhinitis, treating lung diseases from birth, and performing endoscopic bronchi examination.
