Dr. Ahmed Sayed ElSayed, Professor and Lead Consultant of Neurosurgery - Cairo University in Egypt, obtained fellowship of spine surgery form Bern university in Switzerland, a member in Egyptian Neurosurgical Society, and a member in Aospine organization.
Dr. Ahmed Sayed ElSayed holds a MD.PhD’s degree in neurosurgery in 2009, M.Sc degree in neurosurgery in 2002, a MBBS degree in medicine from Cairo University in Egypt in 1997.
Dr. Ahmed Sayed ElSayed has extensive experience of more than 24 years in the treatment of problems related to the spine and brain. He performs spinal injections, Transnasal Brain Surgery, in addition to Pediatric neurosurgery.
Dr. Ahmed Sayed ElSayed held positions of a consultant and professor of neurosurgery in a number of medical colleges at Cairo University - Egypt, Consultant and Head of Neurosurgery department at Al-Ahlia Hospital 2016-2017, Neurosurgeon at Zayed Military Hospital 2010-2012, Neurosurgeon at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in Abu Dhabi 2014-2015, Consultant neurosurgeon at Police General Hospital, Ministry of Health Hospital, and Nasser Institute Hospital 2009-2010, and a Neurosurgeon at Wadi El-Nile Hospital - Egypt 2002-2008.
Dr. Ahmed Sayed ElSayed participated in many conferences and scientific seminars, including the Annual Egyptian Neurosurgical Society Conference in Sharm El-Sheikh - Egypt in 2003, a Spine Review-Hands Course at Cleveland Clinic - USA in 2007, Emirates osteoporosis scientific society scientific meeting in Emirates - Abu Dhabi in 2012, the 17th Dubai international spine conference - United Arab Emirates in 2016.
Dr. Ahmed Sayed ElSayed has many scientific studies and research in neurosurgery, including a study in the treatment of peripheral nerve injuries to the lower limbs in 2009, and the surgical management of penetrating intracranial bullet injuries in 2014.
