Dr. Abeer Salman Rasheed Al-Zaben is a clinical nutrition consultant and assistant professor at the College of Health and Rehabilitation at Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University - Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Abeer Salman Rasheed Al-Zaben obtained a fellowship from the Academy of Higher Education - Britain, a PhD in Philosophy, and a Master's degree from the University of Alberta - Canada. She is a member of the Saudi Society for Clinical Nutrition, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Celiac Disease Association.
