The new center consists of a 6-story building specialized in various ophthalmic care treatments, making it the largest and most recognized center-of-excellence in the region.
It provides multiple subspecialties clinics including LASIK vision correction, cataract and glaucoma clinics, retina and diabetic eye care clinic. The center also provides pediatric ophthalmology services as well as cosmetic eye surgery clinic.

This operation is called Cornel grafting or in more scientific terms P.K.P (Penetrating Keratoplasty) if all corneal tissue is replaced or D.L.K. (Deep Lamellar Keratoplasty if the anterior part of the cornea is only replaced.
Corneal grafting is one of the safest organ transplantation surgeries due to its high success rate and low risk of rejection.
After surgery, recovery is smooth allowing most patients to return to their regular daily activities in a week or two, keeping in mind taught exercises should be avoided in the first three months.
