Professor Doctor Cemal Göktaş graduated from Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine in 1998. He worked as a urology specialist at Kartal Training and Research Hospital in 2012. Likewise, Göktaş, who worked as an Associate Professor at Kartal Training and Research Hospital, received the title of Professor at Bilecik University Faculty of Health Sciences. Continuing his studies at Kartal Training and Research Hospital until 2017, Prof. Dr. Cemal Göktaş worked in a private hospital until 2020 and joined the Avicenna family in 2020.
