He then moved to Jordan and joined the residency program in Gynecology & Obstetrics at the Jordanian Ministry of Health Hospitals. and finished it by obtaining the Jordanian Board in Gynecology from the Jordanian Medical Council. During his medical career, Dr. Isam Al-Sherida joined several medical courses in obstetrics and gynecology, especially in the field of Urology, in addition to his work as a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology at the Ministry of Health Hospitals. He was the head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Ministry of Health, and manager of Al- Basheer Hospital From 2011 to 2014 after that, He moved to the Istiqlal Hospital in the private sector in Jordan to assume the position of head of the obstetrics and gynecology department where he works until now. In addition to his work in his clinic in the same hospital where he provides various diagnoses and treatments related to obstetrics and gynecology, especially in the field of women's Urology, and treatment of urinary incontinence in women and laparoscopic surgery
