Professional Background

Dr Zuhair Shawagfeh graduated from Aleppo University in 1984 ,and He entered the Royal Medical Services in 1985. Dr Zuhair Shawagfeh is a consultant of Internal Medicine and He got his Jordanian Board in Internal Medicine in 1993 , and Diploma of Internal Medicine from London University 1996. He is a Member of the Royal Colleges of Physicians-Ireland (MRCPI) and has a Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians -Ireland (FRCPI). Dr Zuhair Shawagfeh is fully trained in Diagnostic Upper Endoscopy and He participated in the teaching of medical students at Jordan University of Science and Technology , Jordan University and Mutah University and now works as part time lecturer at Faculty of Medicine Yarmook University. He is a Comittee member of the Jordanian Board in Internal Medicine. Dr Zuhair Shawagfeh retired from the Royal Medical Services after reaching a high rank -Major General in 11-2017.
