tebcan.com announces new USD2 million fund for expansion

Tebcan provides accessible and affordable health care services, with the help of partners and investors, tebcan plans to fill the gap between patients and healthcare providers.

Alkhailaa Investment Company, part of Al-Rajihi family, has invested 2 million USD in the startup since April 2018, with the aim of boosting the company's digital health and advanced technologies.

“Alkhailaa investments hold high hopes on tebcan shaping the e-health sector in the region," assured Samer Tarawneh, COO, tebcan.

"other investments are likely to be delivered till the end of 2018. Also, tebcan management is considering other investment proposals, planning an investment tour in Q1," he added.

On another level, of the company’s growth, the company has moved its headquarter from Queen Rania (University) Street to Zahran Street, at Sweifieh, Amman.

Located at the heart of Amman city, the new building is designed to meet the rapid startup growth.

Expanding to 600 m2, the new location provides the capacity needed for customer support, sales and other healthcare services.

“Our continuous growth marks a huge milestone for the company, its employees, doctors, and patients who will all be affected by the benefits of this expansion” stated tebcan's CEO Nidal Yousef.
