Aseel Al-Dwikat is a clinical psychologist with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Jordan. She continued her academic journey and obtained a master’s degree in psychology from the same university.
She has participated in various training programs in mental health and counseling, including training in muscle relaxation and breathing techniques for patients with chronic pain, as well as disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, depression, and schizophrenia. Additionally, she has received specialized training in narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, intensive dialectical behavior therapy for one year, acceptance and commitment therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
Aseel has enhanced her expertise through practical training, including a one-month program at the “Creative Minds Clinic” and training at the “Jannati Mental Health Clinic.” She has also collaborated with humanitarian organizations through capacity-building programs and workshops on psychological first aid and support.
Aseel Al-Dweikat has been working as a clinical psychologist at the Jannati Clinic since December 2019 and joined the Arab Therapy platform as a clinical psychologist in May 2022.
